| The making of our miso paste originated in Nagano prefecture and through the years our categories of miso evolved from the long-selling "Miko-Chan Miso" to miso with added dashi broth and those made with premium ingredients. We also carry low sodium miso for those who are health concious! Another category is our specialized packaging allowing to create miso which does not contain any *added alcohol. *Most miso paste are found with added alcohol to keep the fermentation process under control. |
